“Mama” is my favorite job description. I love-love-love babies, so for me, newborn photography sessions are always fun!
What to expect: Newborn sessions are best done when baby is less than two weeks old. I plan on about two hours for newborn sessions, due to feedings, changing, and all those newborn-necessary sorts of things. Sessions are at your home where mama and baby are most comfortable. I bring everything I need with me, including a few props and blankets of my own, but I love to incorporate sentimental or personal items in with your baby as well. The sweetest newborn images tend to be while baby is sleeping, so we’ll want to have baby comfy, cozy, and well-fed. I’ll use awake times for photographs of baby with siblings, parents, and family.
I personally do all post-processing and retouching of every finished image, and usually have proofs from your session available for viewing within two weeks.

- Newborn photography session with Jamie at your home (within 25 miles of my location)
- Editing, retouching, and post-processing of all final images
- One digital image of your choice to use for creating your own baby announcements
I offer gift-sized prints, wall prints, canvas art, custom albums, and more, but there is no required minimum product order. Please contact me for a complete pricing list.
Babies don’t always arrive exactly when expected, but it’s best to go ahead and schedule a tentative date for your baby’s session about a week after your due date. Contact me with questions, or to get your session on the calendar!
